We're Stronger After Covid, and It's Letting Us Hire More!
#StayAtHome has become the motto of 2020, and of course it has brought challenges with family life, work, and providing resources for many things. And of course it means that everyone is spending more time at home. For us at TBF of WNY though it is FANTASTIC that everyone is at home because it means that people are noticing things about their homes that they didn't previously and using spaces in their homes in new ways. Small cracks and old paint that were ignored before are being seen. Space is at a premium around houses with people searching for peaceful work areas and planning for homeschool study stations that weren't needed a year ago. We are truely thankful to all of the people who have contacted us about helping them make their basements beautiful and for renovations that will let them meet their growing needs.
This has lead to us having a lot of new construction projects, which has lead to the inevitable - Our Company Is Growing!! That's right TBF of WNY is stronger than ever after Covid-19 and we are looking to hire more staff so we can continue to provide top service to the homeowners in our community.
We are looking for people in the Buffalo/Rochester/Niagara Falls regions of Western NY to join our team in the following positions:
Install Crews - This position is a full time sub-contractor position, perftect for a 2 person crew.
Project Coordinator - This position is a full time position, works directly with the Install Crews and customers, and focuses on pre and post installation tasks.
Design Specialist - This is a full time sales position where you travel to the customer's home, meet with them and help them redesign their basement so it both meets their needs and exceeds their dreams.
Skilled Laborer - This is a new position for us at TBF of WNY. We are looking for someone who is trained to use an excavator and large tools, and work on specialized intallations. Waterproofing experience is a plus but not necessary.
