Modernizing a Basement in Clarence Center, NY

Challenge

Early in spring 2019, a couple came to Total Basement Finishing of WNY asking to update their basement. They wanted to break up the space and add a bedroom and bathroom in the basement space, which would involve adding plumbing and walls.  New electrical circuit breakers also would need to be added for the new rooms.  

Solution

Our Design Specialist worked with the couple to design the new rooms, and Total Basement Finishing installed an Ever Last Partition wall system to create the new rooms.  The electric went in easily, and even with the new rooms the home owners had plenty of space for everything that they wanted to do.
