Challenge
A wonderful couple in Holley, NY came to us with a unique problem. They had previously had a finishing job done in their basement, and they weren't happy with it so they started to do demolition on the project themselves. It was a much larger project than they had anticipated and they wanted their home and basement back to working order ASAP!
Solution
Our Design Specialists met with the couple within 10 days of their first calling in, and got the process started with them. The Specialist found that when the basement previously was refinished drywall had been put in, and the floors were in poor shape. He worked with the couple to design a better and more beautiful basement using our Ever Last Wall Systems, and specialty Mill Creek Flooring. The couple wanted to keep the existing ceiling uncovered but agreed to have it painted to create a more finished look.
Our crew got to the site about a month later, after all details and financing went through, and expedited the demolition to get the project started. And it was finished in just a few weeks. What a difference in appearance our clean state of the art systems made. The couple now has their beautiful entertaining space back in their basement.
