Fixing Frozen Flood Damage in Getzville, NY

Challenge

A new client called us up with a unique to this area problem. In Janurary 2019 the water outflow from his house froze, causing a backup and freezing flood in his previously finished basement.  

Solution

TBF of WNY can refinish that! Our client had the demolishion work done in his home before we started, removing all of the damaged walls, floors, and bathroom materials from the house so we could get to work.

TBF of WNY installed new EverLast walls to the exterior walls, and recreated the destroyed walls to the basement bathroom and bedroom to give the homeowners their privacy back and seperate them from the laundry area.  TBF of WNY added a new vanity and faucet to the bathroom to create a cohesive look, and added new cut off valves to the toilet to help things flow right in the future.  And we installed a new Mill Creek floor in Walnut to add a warm tone to the space and help keep the rooms water resistant. This also helps keep the floors warmer on cold western New York nights.
