Challenge
We want Tony of Niagara Falls, NY to know that we felt his pain! He called us with a small sense of urgency and a large sense of humor in his voice…it was a do-it-yourself project gone wrong! His basement floor needed help.
Solution
Our Design Specialist visited him and recommended our ThermalDry® Elite Plank flooring. The waterproof flooring was installed within 10 days of Tony’s original call and we could sense his gratitude. His Facebook review still makes us chuckle!
