Refinishing A Basement In Lancaster, NY
Challenge
A young couple in Lancaster, NY had heard about our fantastic basement finishing systems from when they lived in Connecticut. When they purchasted their Lancaster home they wanted TBF of WNY to finish their basement for them. The home was a fairly new build so it already had an egress window. They wanted to create seperate areas in their basement for storage, a home gym, a play area, and a general family area.
When the time came for installation they changed their minds about haveing seperate spaces, and though they still wanted a seperate storage area they now wanted a larger area instead of seperate rooms for seperate activities.
Solution
Our TBF Production team listened to the couple, and worked with our Design Specialists and our office to adjust the project to meet with the couple's changing needs.
Before a project starts we can change things on a design, though after things have been installed it is quite difficult to. We are very glad that the couple communicated what they wanted so that we could meet their family's needs and give them the basement of their dreams.
