Refinishing A Laundry Room In Buffalo, NY
Challenge
Sometimes after our installation crew has left a project site the homeowner finds something small that we missed. Usually they call us and ask us to correct it immediatly; but sometimes they don't. This was the case with a homeowner in Buffalo, NY. Our Project Coordinator called a year after the installation was done to check out how the homeowner was feeling about their basement now and to see if they were enjoying it. The homeowner told the Project Coordinator that he had noticed a small gap behind a pipe where the flooring didn't reach and that it was bothering him that the floor wasn't there.
Solution
We went out to the home that week to install the small piece of flooring that was missed. It is important to us here at TBF of WNY that our work meets expectations. Though this was a four inch piece of flooring that was missed we wanted to make things perfect for the homeowner. He was thrilled that we could fix this for him, and said that he wished that he had told us about it being missing sooner.
