All Finished Basements Aren't Equal As Showing In Niagara Falls, NY

In the fall of 2020, a couple contacted Total Basement Finishing of WNY for help with their basement. There was a room in it that had been created in their basement in the late 1970s and it was looking worn, tired, and broken. There were three types of wall panels in the basement, a broken drop ceiling, poor lighting, and carpeting that had seen better days. Though this could be qualified as a "finished space" in a realtor's terms it wasn't a functional or comfortable room to be in.
Solution
The couple really wanted Total Basement Finishing of WNY to bring their basement back to life for them. When meeting with our Design Specialist Todd the couple decided that they didn't want to finish the basement floor right now they just wanted to upgrade their existing walls to our fantastic EverLast Wall Panels, have the basement room ceiling painted, and install some new lighting to make the current basement room cheerful and bright. The couple also decided to hold on doing the work for a few months, which let us have time to get the necessary permits cleared and start the work for them in April of 2021. After tearing out the old walls for the homeowners our installation crew worked hard on making their basement a modern and fun space.
