Taking Time To Meet Again Made A Dream Basement In Orchard Park, NY
Challenge
In June of 2020, a couple in Orchard Park, NY contacted Total Basement Finishing. They had seen their friends' basement that we had finished in 2019 and it started them thinking about finishing their own basement.
They had previously painted the cement walls yellow and were using their basement as a home gym and rec room. They wanted to be able to keep using their space the same way but to have it nicer than it was. They really liked how our EverLast Wall Panels looked in their friends' basement.
The couple met with our Design Specialist Todd, and he went through different options for finishing their basement the way that they were thinking of. They decided that they wanted to get a few more quotes and see what else was out there.
Solution
Todd kept in touch with the couple, and after a few months, they wanted to meet with him again in October. They told him that they had seen other options and none were as good as our EverLast Walls. They didn't love the price but they loved the look and durability of our products, so they were going to go forward with having Total Basement Finishing remodel their basement.
