Remodeling Products Photo Album: Finishing Half Of A Basement In Depew, NY

A pair of homeowners in Depew, NY approached TBF of WNY with a unique desire to finish their basement in stages. They wanted to finish half of the basement, including the bathroom, then wait a year or two and finish the other half of their basement to create a home office and a new family space. We worked up a design for both halves of the basement that the homeowners loved and wanted to work forward with.

The Finished Basement

Our EverLast Walls, Elite Plank Flooring, and 6 Panel Doors look fantastic in this basement. The overhead recessed lighting in the painted ceiling makes this space glow.

Mid-Process

The EverLast Wall Systems are being finished, the ceiling has been painted, and the ThermalDry Elite Plank Floors have been installed. Our electrician will be in soon to wire for the new recessed lighting and to install the new outlets for the room.

The Finished Basement, Leading Into The Unfinished Half
