I chose Total Basement Finishing because they are able to do all aspects of the basement, they could do it quickly, and the materials that they use for flooring and wall board are better than anywhere else I found.  The final project looked great, and the Coordinator offered suggestions to streamline the job which I really appriciated. The sales guy did a good job spending time to go over the whole product line which really helped me choose here. And the installation crew were knowledgable.  Total Basement wored within our timetable as we had to delay the project due to our water damage. Their crew was always timely and dependable and worked to our schedule.

I picked TBF because of the images on their website and the financing options that they offer.  They are pricy but do excellent work. The start of our project went a little rocky with some communication issues; but Mike (the owner of the company) called us and after that things improved dramatically. He helped us by giving us a project manager that talked with us more about our basement project and things were great. The installer in particular was ver conscientious and personable, and his work was great. We would consider TBF for any more remodeling that we do.

We needed to add extra space to our home. We decided to add a bedroom, bathroom and family room. We chose First Buffalo Total Basement Finishing because their products were the only mold resistant products we found on the market. Our crew was great and paid great attention to detail. We love the way the basement looks now! Our basement flooded during a storm after our basement was finished. Because the products were designed for basements, we had no problem with clean up & no mold concerns. We are so happy that we chose First Buffalo for our basement!

We had many different estimates, and TBF wasn't the cheapest. But the overall friendliness, and knowledge of your sales rep made it an easy decision to go with them. Financing helped too! Honestly the best part was the installation crew, they were awesome! They were very polite and clean. They leared my children's names and addressed them every time they saw them. It was great and they were terrific.

The crew was second to none. Overall can't be beat. Their craftsmanship was great, as was the project coordinator Mitch.

I was very impressed with the Production and Installation team. They were very responsive to all of our questions and answered them thoroughly. Mitch, Dan, and Josh were excellent. Sal did good work on the sump pump; and they all cleaned up all work areas. I would hire them again, and would recommend Total Basement Finishing to my friends and family.

Everything that TBF did was flawless from start to finish. They worked even quicker than we were originally quoted, and though there were some surprises that needed adjustments to the new design of the basement these were totally explained so I was comfortable with them. The installation crew did a wonderful job from start to finish. I highly recommend TBF.

The commintment - our basement was priority. There weren't any, 'gaps,' in between where we had to wait for other trade & no time wasted. The team was committed to getting our job done.  We could afford to do it. We were afraid that the basement project would be out of reach for us. We knew that it was going to be an investment but we still could fit it in our budget. The team did a great job from start to finish. From the time that we met Mike Werbowski at the home show (2016 Buffalo Home Show), 'til having John, our Design Specialist, display our basement to prospective customers, we are more than satisfied. The two man crew were on time for a period of nine days; very professional and always cleaned up their work area before leaving. I am impressed with how highly rated Total Basement Finishing of Western New York is, and would recommend their services.  The workmanship and materials used were exceptional.  The installation crew was exceptional in his quality of performance. The coordinator Steve was helpful and had a lot of ideas to improve the project. The electricians did excellent work and explained thoroughally all the features they installed and wired. Everyone made sure they cleaned up after each day with eliminated tracking dirt in the house. I am very satisfied.

We found Total Basement Finishing through a radio ad, and were impressed with them right away. The salesman took as much time as we needed to determine the scope of our project. He was very helpful to our decision making. And the installer was fantastic. His attention to detail is amazing. He did a beautiful job and we are so impressed with him and his craftsmanship. He was always very respectful of our home and of his workspace. Our basement is beautiful and we will enjoy it for years to come.

We chose TBF to do work for us because we needed a basement renovation and TBF specializes in basements. We found the salesman very knowledgeable, and the installation crew was made up of very talented and friendly guys. The cleanup at the end of the day was great, the mess was always cleaned up.  We had a few hiccups along the way, but everyone from TBF worked together to make it right.

We wanted a company that did basements as opposed to a construction company that did many projects and we found it at Total Basement Finishing. You can't improve on perfection and we found it here! The install crew is a true masater of their works. They were always on time and did a meticulous job. I was blessed to have them re-do my basement. It looks so amazing and exceeded our expections!
